The ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 standards are international reference standards for Information Security Management and Information Privacy Management.  Rolear is certified in these areas, ensuring a set of requirements, processes, and controls, to adequately mitigate and manage the organization's risk regarding Information Security and Privacy.

At Rolear, we are committed to protecting the security and integrity of our services. 

Internet fraud attempts are becoming increasingly frequent and sophisticated. For example, email messages may appear legitimate by integrating company logos, colors, or other information. In these communications, personal or business data may be requested, an advance payment may be asked for, or they may indicate the need to update bank transfer details. 

Given these threats, please note some security recommendations: 

• Rolear never asks recipients via email to pay any amount through an online payment platform or credit card. 
• Avoid providing your credit card details, making bank transfers to unfamiliar accounts, or downloading attachments. 
• Be alert to phishing emails sent from fake email addresses that use legitimate Rolear domains. In such cases, when the sender appears legitimate but the email still seems suspicious, always check the email content for unusual signs, such as exaggerated urgency, grammatical errors, unknown URLs, or unfamiliar attachments. Please avoid clicking on unknown links or opening suspicious attachments. 
• At Rolear, we never use @gmail, @yahoo, or other free email services to send emails. 
• We never create or send links to websites that are not our own. The official Rolear websites are rolear.pt, rolearmais.pt, rolearon.pt, rolegas.pt, and academiarolear.pt; therefore, we only send emails and SMS with links that lead to these domains. 
• Rolear is not responsible for damages caused by identity theft frauds and, consequently, Rolear is not liable for any costs, charges, or payments illegally incurred as a result of fraud. 
   

If you suspect you have received a fraudulent email or SMS, or if you come across a website or social media page misusing the Rolear name and brand, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can quickly act to prevent any potential fraud.
